Hi there! Welcome to Perfectly Plantly, I\u2019m Vera from the Netherlands. I\u2019m UX designer by day, and a plant-based food enthusiast by night. Almost 7 nights a week, to be exact, except when I\u2019m feeling lazy and just get fries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though the title suggests it, I myself am by no means perfectly plantly. I\u2019m still on the journey to find out how to switch from a traditional Dutch potatoes-meat-vegetables diet to vegan. Wanting to have a smaller environmental impact, I actively started eating less animal products when I was around 22 years old. And as I learned more and more about the cruelties of factory farming I switched to vegetarian at 24 and eventually plant-based at home at 28. And who knows what the future will bring!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this blog I hope to share with you my favourite plant-based recipes that I\u2019ve discovered over the years, that, most importantly, are for everyone! To show vegan food is nothing to be afraid of and can be every bit as tasty as their meaty counterparts.<\/p>\n\n\n\nYum<\/a>\n
